A day of fun, education, food and shopping in support of the Greenwich Botanical Center! The 2024 May Gardener's Market will feature new educational opportunities along with plants and seedlings for your garden and home.

Shop for native plants for your yard and containers! These seedlings are native to southwestern Connecticut and were grown from gathered seed at the Greenwich Land Trust greenhouse and over-wintered. Friday May 10 from 9am to 3pm andSaturday May 11 from 9am to 1pm

Hosted by the Greenwich Land Trust: Jeffrey S. Ward, Ph.D. is sharing his expertise on deer browsing and the biodiversity issue. This presentation will look at how excessive deer browsing, invasive species, and non-native diseases affect wildflowers, tree regeneration, and the health of forests.

Grow your own vegetables and have fun doing it in your own kitchen garden!
